Happy Mother's Day

My mom is in North Carolina - so unfortunately I don't have any images of her for my blog today! I love you mom and can't wait to see you soon!!!

We went to the ever fabulous P.F. Chang's for dinner this evening with Thomas' parents. We weren't too happy with the food tonite - everything seemed a little "off." The sauce on the orange peel chicken was too heavy - there wasn't enough curry in the singapore street noodles and the beef a la sichuan wasn't spicy.

Even though the food was a dud - the company was amazing!!!!

This woman - whom I have been lucky enough to call mom for the past 14 years - is beautiful and strong.
